Don’t let the term ‘Bootcamp’ scare you. Unlike Bootcamps where you’d be wading through mud and lakes our fitness Bootcamps are more circuit based workouts. These workouts change weekly to stop boredom setting in and even workouts such as EMOM (Every minute on the minute) and AMRAP (As many reps as possible) take place at our sessions. Bootcamp involves a full body workout with equipment used such as resistance bands, resistance cords, small kettlebells, dumbbells, battle-ropes and more.
