JR Fitness and performance are pleased to announce the launch of our new 8-week nutrition programme. During this period you’ll be part of a group that will learn how to improve your nutrition around your lifestyle, enabling you to reach your goals. Involved in this programme will be:

Online check-ins (dates to suit you) with video feedback
Phone check in every 2 weeks
Online lectures and resources
Support, motivation and accountability from myself for the full duration

Initial consultations will take place the week beginning 6th January 2020, with the programme up and running from 13th January 2020.
