We have some motivation for you! Check out the progress Amy has made with me over the last few months! This has been achieved with only slight tweaks to her current diet and 2 sessions per week (2 sessions per week over the last 8 weeks). I’m so proud of the progress she has made, not only in her appearance but also her training capacity and general health. What’s been more pleasing is that she’s told me ‘she’s not finished yet!!’ Time to go to another level……..
