With 2016 fast approaching above are a few of the things we have to look forward to next year.
1. A trip at some point in the year will be arranged to complete a session at the Birmingham Bounce, the new indoor trampoline center.
2. After completing the wolf run this year, we’d now like set a new challenge and enter the ‘Toughest’ obstacle course race in April.
3. Sport specific sessions will still continue, so if you’d want to ‘train the way you play’ then get in touch.
4. Bootcamp sessions start back up from the 4th January 2016. We will be also looking to start up more Bootcamps around Birmingham.
5. We’ll be offering some ‘transformation’ packages in the New Year. This will include a diet plan, with regular monitoring of your body weight and body fat plus a number of bootcamp/PT sessions included within the package.
6. Personal Training sessions will continue as normal in 2016. Remember a discount is included in the price if you block book 10 or more sessions.
