Yesterday the A&J team completed the Mud Runner in Hereford’s Eastnor Castle estate, a “severe” cross country mud run of 10K. The run’s slogan “Nothing Tougher” was definitely proved with the team racing up huge hills, slipping and sliding down muddy slopes, wading through waist high mud pools and finishing off with a dip in the ice-cold “jacuzzi” pool. Myself and Alex would like to say a massive well done to all the guys that completed the mud runner!! Bring on further challenges in 2015!!!!
