With the football season finishing shortly why not give yourself a head start in preparation for the new season. From May 18th we will be running Sport Specific training sessions 3 times per week. These sessions will cover areas such as speed, power, strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness and run on a Monday (7-8pm), Wednesday (6-7pm) and Saturday (10.30-11.30am). The price for 18 sessions are ONLY £150 or you can pay £10 per session.
Sessions will take place at Sarehole Mill Park, Hall Green, Birmingham, B28 0BD.
